As moms, prioritizing your wellness can feel like an uphill battle. I know you are out here hustling, maybe working on your career, raising those babies, keeping up with school schedules, folding laundry, snagging those groceries, trying to see your friends, keep up with your partner, WOOF, its a lot.
It's so easy to let your own wellness fall on the back burner, but making sure you take care of yourself too makes all the rest of it feel easier. Whether you’re just getting back into exercise or you’re a regular at-home workout warrior, these fitness essentials will help you stay on track.
Resistance Bands - These take up virtually no space, are super affordable and can be adjusted as your fitness improves so they are a fantastic option. You can get a great full-body workout with these and take them with you when you travel - these are a no-brainer and the first thing I recommend to clients when building out their home workout equipment. Dumbbell Set- If you're ready to make a slightly bigger investment and have some more space, a set of dumbbells is the right choice. Strength training is a must for building muscle, burning fat, and improving overall strength. A simple set with varying weights can go a long way toward meeting your fitness goals. A lot of my clients come to me and feel overwhelmed with how to start eating healthier, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. These Amazon finds can simplify meal prep and ensure you’re fueling your body with the nutrients it needs.
