I’m Ivy—a nutritionist, personal trainer, and mom of two helping overwhelmed moms feel better without doing more.
Before kids, it was easy to work out whenever, cook everything from scratch, and “stay on track.”
After kids? Not so much.
Between the exhaustion, the chaos, and the constant pull to put yourself last, I had to figure out how to take care of myself in a way that actually fit my life.
That’s where my approach comes from.
Not from more rules, or starting over every Monday. Just simple, realistic standards that still work on your hardest days.
Now I help moms do the same—build consistency, feel stronger, and finally stop the all-or-nothing cycle.
Because your health isn’t something you earn when everything else is done. It’s how you show up for your life like the badass mom you already are.

Minimum Mom Method
You don’t need another plan to lose the baby weight.

We both know, those days are few and far between.
